• Prequalification of bidders, develop Tender Documents issued directly by the Company, review and check on tender documents prepared by consultants in line with agreed contracting strategies.

• Draft contract documents, interpret contractual obligations and assist in the administration of approved contracts.

• Participate in commercial bid evaluations. Evaluate claims and change order request insurance administration within the projects in collaboration with Finance and Legal Departments.

• Prepare management contracts status reports. Provide advice and ensure integrity of contracts and purchase orders. Report on performance of Contractors and suppliers.

• 8 Years contracting experience in Projects, Operation or Maintenance in an Oil Company or Associated Industry, preferably offshore.

• Specific knowledge of contract law and its application. Experience in Strategic Procurement (This is a requirement for some positions and an advantage for others).

• Fluent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.

• Good skills in communication, negotiation, time management and IT.
