Prepare maintenance Management System reporting. |

Define common code to be used for system integration. |

Provides appropriate support to end users on the utilization of the CMMS systems including work management procedures. |

Liaise with maintenance support and Reliability & Data Management Engineers in developing/updating preventive maintenance programme and benchmarking with the objectives of achieving high service factors at optimum cost. |

Manage and develop the asset register database. Researches and provides technical advises for updating the maintenance and Inspection Data base including equipment data and maintenance history. Reviews package for new projects and recommends on Equipment criticality, data structure, template, coding, job plan and work planning. |

Develops training programs on work management and conduct training campaign. |
|
Develops maintenance system reporting using maintenance benchmarks. |
|
Prepares regular reports on equipment data-base and on maintenance performance using key performance Indicators (KPI) |
