Supervise and directs activities related to the management of assigned projects from conception to handover, to ensure that projects are completed on time to be required quality and to budget. |

Supervise day to day activities of the Project to ensure that the assigned projects meet their objectives. |
Ensure that pre-project planning activities including feasibility study and project strategy definition are performed correctly. |

Develop project objectives, execution strategy work breakdown structures and contracting strategy identifying types of contracts required for the project such as EPC, EPCM, Third Party Verification etc. |
Directs and supervises the implementation of project including, verification of bidders lists, participation in the preparation of Call for Tender documents consisting of terms of reference, scope of works, special terms and conditions, payment terms and project master schedule (PMS) |
Control and monitor the construction activities. |
Ensures that all project contracts are awarded on time and are executed accrding to agreed schedule, quality and cost. This includes presentations to Management, Tender Board and Share Holders as required. |
Monitors and Control the financial expenditure throughout the project and review proposed changes in order to optimize cost. |
Prepare Project Change/Variation order and obtain necessary approvals. |
Closely supervises and monitors the work of the contractors in liaison with the Project Team to ensure that the project proceeds according to the contract and deal with any queries, problems and claims that might arise. Chairs the periodic progress review meetings with contractors |
Maintains close liaison with Business Units, HSE users and other departments to ensure that all company procedures are adhered to during project planning/execution and for smooth hand-over of completed projects. |
Outline clear strategy for the project covering responsibilities related to construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance test. |
Ensures that the necessary arrangements are made to hand-over project top site upon completion, close out, etc. relating to the assigned project. |

Carry put pre-qualifications of consultants and construction contractors. |
Control and manage the negotiations and dealings with external engineering consultants and contractors and handle all management aspects of Contracts in order to ensure that all Companys technical and commercial requirements are met. |
Conclude technical and project management issues and recommend major and critical decisions and strategic issues for final management approval. |
Identify critical issues and areas of concern that may effect FE performance target. Provide effective decision to ensure that risks to the projects are properly managed. |
Work in line with Company HSE policy, ensure during bidding that contractors have understood HSE procedures, rules and regulations and guarantee compliance during execution. |
